We get it, life happens. In the event that you are running behind, please contact MicahB at 215.869.4607. Guest have a 9 minute grace period. At the 10th minute, you will be charged a $15 late fee. At the 15th minute, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged a 75% cancellation fee. ✨ No call no shows will result in scheduling blockage placed on your account & a 75% fee of your scheduled service to the card on file. ✨ Guest are allowed to RESCHEDULE reservations at least 48 HOURS PRIOR to scheduled reservation with no penalty. Any adjustments made without speaking with MicahB AFTER the 48 hour period will result in forfeited deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but guest are allowed 1 rescheduled reservation WITHIN 15 days OF ORIGINAL RESERVATION DATE, using the same deposit paid. After 15 days/ 2 or more reschedules, guest will have to rebook using a new deposit. ✨ Reservations canceled AFTER the 48 hour window will result in a 75% cancellation fee.
